All orders are charged a standard flat rate and will be shipped via the best method possible for your order.

Your order may not ship together as our items are stored in various warehouses. Shipping them seperate actually cuts down on the costs to our customers. You will never be charged extra if an order ships seperately.

If you have any problems with your purchase, please let us know. We will do our best to remedy the problem. All items to be returned must be in new, unused condition and be returned in the same packaging it was shipped in. If the item is defective, we will send out a replacement after the defective item has been received back to one of our warehouses.

Don't like the smell? You can return your purchase for a refund minus shipping & handling costs. You will be responsible for paying return shipping to us.
